Work Flow
STEP 1: Consultation
First, please feel free to contact us by Email form. Our agents will hold a detailed interview with you. Please ask any questions regarding price, due date, report content, etc.
STEP 2: Quote
A quote will be given promptly. If the candidates have already been selected, an investigation can be started immediately upon receiving resumes/CVs and employment history. Consultation and estimated quote are presented at no cost.
STEP 3: Contract
Once the quoted amount is agreed upon and we have received the resume/CV and employment history of the candidate, the contract becomes effective.
STEP 4: Screening Begins
Our veteran investigators accurately perform an investigation within 2 days.
STEP 5: Result Report
In two days we provide an oral report. It is at this time that information is presented that can be used to judge the candidate. A written report is made the following business day. Security measures are taken when delivering the report.
STEP 6: Advice
Not only do we provide a report, but we use our 38 years of cases, experience, and accumulated data to present proper advice for the situation. This cost is included in the original quote and does not require extra fees.

No matter the screening, we perform our investigations with consideration to all civil liberties. Screenings involving discrimination against certain groups and communities will not be accepted. Cases that may be connected to stalking or other criminal activity will also be rejected.
